Bought pre owned phone - $50off + $20 bill credit: how do I receive credit?

I bought a pre owned phone during the spring sale. (March31.2022) The promotion was $50 off the iPhone XR and a $20 credit toward next month bill. I do not see credit on my account. Unsure of how I redeem the $20 credit as I was given no instruction and assumed it would be automatically added to my account. I received the phone by mail today.

You probably wanted to give the solution to @JK8 . You can change the solution by going to the little arrow on the right of your post and then choose @JK8 's post.

Going by the past history of when pm applies credits "in the first/last week of the month" I strongly suspect it will be Friday April 29th. I will be looking for my credit to be applied then.

The $20 credit will automatically taken off your May bill so you don't need to do anything.

You can double check if credit is applied to your account by login and check under your current balance amount of $20 on April 30.

If you are under the old Rewards system (activated your SIM before January 25, 2022)...your current balance amount will be $22 credit.

Have a look at this. It says the credit will be applied last week of April.

Make sure your email used to purchase the phone matches your self service account.

1. Use the email address associated with your Public Mobile account during checkout.
