Bonus for buying handset?

There was a promotion for buying a handset through PM (perhaps in Dec?). I think the bonus was supposed to be $5/mo for 6 months starting January. Two family members bought a phone and neither got the bonus in Jan or Feb (nor in Dec, but I'm not sure there was supposed to be).

 

Is this a widespread problem, and if so is there a thread for us? I searched and scrolled back but couldn't find. If most people are getting their bonus, do I contact Mods about this (since it's technically through the CPO partner I guess)?

Already fixed as of 530pm. 🙂 The Mod gave each account a $30 credit. Said there was nothing wrong with the order, the credit just failed to process for some reason.

 

Great service as usual by PM. Of course it helped that I had all the info ready to go. 🙂

Thanks all. I opened a file with the Mods. Had to use the 2nd method. Tried SIMon but after going around 3 times with it trying to sell me a CPO no matter how I asked (and no offer to contact Mods), I gave up and messaged directly. It's not an urgent no-service or overbilling issue, so I don't mind waiting.

 hi @ottawa no need to worry, just open the ticket.  I think there are quite some problem with CPO rebate, maybe it is harder to match up accounts as on the 2 different systems and give up credit.  Just go aheah and open ticket

Thank you all. I'm sure they did it right because I walked them through it (I'm a great guy, I am :).

 

Nov 22 and Nov 25 (2 different accounts). Will get in touch with Mods, didn't want to bother them if (a) chasing this was someone else's department (because CPO), and (b) if it's a known issue and everyone's delayed to Feb or something.

fwiw , I have an additional idiosyncrasy that 

I must have a good hard shell case ideally with clip and Lanyard

 

That is is probably why my phones have lasted 

longer than most people I know.

 

L think at some point I am going to start 

a Post in the Lounge seeking the opions of best phones value for money 

with Hardshell case LOL

@ottawa do you know if they have use matching email addresses to make the purchases? Using the same email address as My Account to place the order is the only way PM can apply the rewards correctly 

 

Of course, they need to buy during the promotion period
