I tried to change subscription to $34 / month deal on next payment date and now it says it’s $55/mon ! And won’t let me get the $34 now! Help!

I actually didn’t know there was an app and was using computer. The app shows the changes made thanks!

There was no plan change cancellation option. Downloaded the app and it’s showing there.

Try redo-ing it on desktop browser, and if that doesn't work, then contact a CS-Agent

I got an internal server error on my PM app the first time. Closed app and reopen it and it opened my account.
I see the Black Friday deal for 20gb at 5G for $34.
