can not get into account

I am using my wifes account to connect. On my account the 6 digit security code never comes.

If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.

Click "didn't get the code" at the bottom of the 6 boxes, then select "Send via email". Check your email for the 6 digit code.
