I purchased the $34 20GB 5G plan, then switched it to the $34 30GB 4G plan. I was billed twice and would like a refund.

But I certainly grant that the payment system here has been weak for many years. They don't seem interested in making it bullet proof like every other online outfit.

This is happening to tons of people. How many don't notice that they have been over charged. So easy to add text and make things clear. Is this by design, fix your site. Public Mobile over charged me two months, so who's issue is this exactly.🤔

I think you only can ask help from representative and get a fund under your account.

that's not the way PM operates...or anyone else That I;m aware of. You can certainly request credit to your account for your error...but PM policy is no refunds. Use this link to message Customer Support...

Does not say anywhere that I will be billed twice. I would expect the first plan I purchased to be prorated for the 20 minutes that I had it active.

you were given option to Change Now OR Change at Renewal. You likely picked the wrong option.
