Billed twice for several months

I have noticed that my credit card has a double billing on it , I upgraded my acct to more data and it has been still billing me the older amount . How do I resolve this and get money refunded ?

You can submit a ticket to a customer support agent using this link: CS Ticket Submission. Explain the situation, including the double billing and the upgrade discrepancy, and provide your account details. They should assist you in resolving the billing issue and initiating the refund process.
