Bill amount after resuming service

I went on vacation for a month. My prev billing date was on the 14th (minus $1 refer, 2 autopay and 3 loyal) I came back to Canada and resume my service on 25rd, however i only got minus $1 refer. 

Is the resumed bill correct? Like loyal and autopay are not granted for suspended services - i didnt find any statement about this.

HI @TD555 

your loyalty and autopay rewards were already added to your account on the day before original renewal date.   You suspended the account, it didn't renew, but the amount should be there as Available Funds.  Check there using Incognito mode

if not there, ask CS _agent to confirm, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
