I have an account and I am charged $28.25 a month near the middle of the month. But I looked and I am also being charged an additional $11.30 a month at the beginning of the month. I didn't add any add-ons and I can not see how far back this goes. I think it could possibly be my credit card added on to my ex's phone. I can't log a ticket cause for some reason it doesn't verify my account. This service is such crap, you can't even talk to anyone!

Thanks everyone for your help. It was tied to my ex's account. After that was confirmed I contacted him and we removed my card off his account. Looks like I been paying for awhile and just never noticed, thinking it was his daughters account which I still pay for. Thanks again!

Is it probable that your ex has been a customer for between 2 to 3 years? It sounds like they have the $15 plan with the $2 autopay reward+$2 in loyalty rewards and possibly a $1 referral reward from maybe referring you to Public Mobile?
$15 plan - $5 rewards=$10+tax($1.30@13%) =$11.30
If you are not on good terms and with the ex then removing your credit card can be tricky and an account security/privacy issue. A charge back would create major issues for your ex and could affect your account as well. If you know the login credentials you could login and replace the card on file with a $0 credit gift card. Credit cards can only be removed by customer support. To do so you would have to verify the account which you probably can seeing as the credit card on file is often used to verify the account however both of these options harken back to the account security/privacy issue. Hopefully you are on good terms with the ex and you can have the card removed by speaking with the ex about the issue.

Thanks all...and I meant the writing to a community and having no one to call is crap. Not the service. I also did not expect an active community like this! lol Thanks so much 🙂

Hi @Wenifred78 it looks like an addon purchase. Login to My Account and check Payment History and see if it shows PM charged you $10 for that. And check if you see the $10 sitting as Available Fund
if that does not look right, open ticket with CS
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
