I had multiple GB of banked data and it disappeared! Did Public just pull back all banked data? I just checked it a little while ago and I still have 4-5GB and it's gone. I checked my usage and I didn't use enough extra to consume it all.

Of it was the bonus data for the migration to from legacy rewards to Public Points, that expired (it had a 150 day expiry, which has now lapsed). If it's holiday bonuses, those stay until you use them, so if they're gone you used them.

good question...I just checked mine and they're still there. Log in to your account using incognito mode...see if they re-appear. Otherwise use suggestion provided by hTideGnow .

Are those data add-on from past Christmas? PM wont suddenly remove the data add-on, maybe you have used them up and not aware?
You can ask support agent to confirm when those add-on got dropped off and if they were used up
