i recently upgraded my phone plan, the call function is now not working. i am able to receive texts but when someone tries to call me they get a 1B1 error. how can i fix this?

@gurjitc, I would definitely contact a CS agent (if you haven't already done so) to get this fixed as quickly as possible, sounds like something on their end. To open a ticket through the Chatbot:

i am unable to call others as well.

i have an iphone 12. definitely not a phone issue because i have been with public since i had this phone. 3G does not work either

@gurjitc are you able to call out? Are you able to call your cell number from another phone (not the same person that is getting the error message already), this could help confirm if the issue is on their end or on yours

hi @gurjitc it would be helpful for you to provide us more info to properly help you with your issue

it suspect it is a incompatible phone issue.  what phone you have?

try changing to 3G network on your phone's network mode and see if it helps

@gurjitc  Try rebooting the phone if you haven’t already see if that helps at all and be sure to dial 1 infront if the contact . If still no dice
