Arrival of sim

I ordered a sim online on 7th September. The estimated delivery was 18th September. I haven't received my sim yet. I have contacted many executives, but they are not able to help me in this regard. Please help me with this and give me the order and tracking number; otherwise, I have to register a complaint online as well as cyber police since I have paid the money and am not getting my sim.

Check this to see stores in your area. Just please call ahead to confirm that they actually have the SIM cards in stock.

If I buy a sim from some store, then what will happen with the money and sim that I have paid and ordered?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a  private message   To CS_Agents click

Unfortunately the delivery of sim cards directly from PM can take up to 3 weeks. If you reach out to customer service they might be able to give you an update.

If you need a SIM card faster it’s better to order off of Amazon (and often cheaper) or from a local telus store if available. But those are $10 and you have to call ahead to see if they even have them. If you purchase one elsewhere let customer service know and they might credit you.
