I asked for another sims card for a second phone for my wife but did not receive the card in the mail?
I signed her up for the $29 10gb plan but no sims card arrived?

then ask them to let you pick up a sim card in the closest Telus or Koodo store. Canada Post strike really screwed up the mail

when you placed the order? Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message using your wife Community account:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
