Never really had this issue during the past 3 years that I've been with Public Mobile until today.
I want to say that this may be caused by something from today's announced updates.
I'm on Android 12 using a Pixel 3a. I have tried restarting my phone and deleting on my voicemail messages with no luck.

Hmm the voicemail notification actually just went away somehow on its own right as I checked your link.
Seems like it might just some delayed hiccup on Public Mobile's end as mentioned in your link.

Service seems fine. Text messages and data seem to be operating normally for me at least in the downtown core.

You should be lucky if you have ANY service after today's 'upgrade'.
