Hey guys,
I switched to a promotion plan a couple months ago. It was the 30GB for $39/month (only if you do the 3 month subscription) plan. I got billed today. I am an older public mobile customer and get the old rewards system: $2 autopay, $4 loyalty, $1 referral prr month. Are these rewards not supposed to be given every month? When I was charged today ($39 x 3 = $117), they only deducted a one time amount of $7. After tax ist was $123.
I thought those rewards get applied for every month? Or at least the loyalty/referral ones every month?
Can someone please clarify if the rewards are now every 3 months or monthly. Did public make a mistake? I wouldn't have switched my plan if it was just applied once every 3 months. I lose more money now with this subscription than from my previous plan.
Thanks in advance

@limabean That’s sounds right . If you were coming from 30 day to 90 day you start with 1x reward and by your next renewal 90 days later you will have 3x reward to go against the $117
check my thread about it

it is correct they gave you 1x the reward when you first change from a 30 days cycle to 90 days
Remember, rewards are earned at the end of a plan cycle. PM will credit rewards to your account on the last day of the cycle. These rewards will then be used towards your renewal on the following day
Since you are moving from a 30 days cycle, you have only earned one month worth of rewards, and the 1 month worth of rewards will therefore be applied on your new renewal, the plan change for your 90 days.
But in the upcoming 90 days , your will earn 3 months (or 90 days) worth of rewards, (some will still be add to your account as Available find every 30 days). so, your subsequent renewals will have a bigger rewards amount (3 months or 90 days)
