How do I get my money back I was overcharged my plan renewed and now I have a credit I would like my money back in my bank

Well that sucks I was double charged for my phone plan this month and they will not do a refund they just put it as a credit and they won't fix it so now I'm with no gas money because I had a double phone bill this month I'm not happy

Generally, refunds aren't provided. I know this isn't the answer that you're looking for, but a refund (if approved) could take a few weeks to process, by which time it would be time again to process payment again for the next renewal. The credit on your Public Mobile account can be used for later.
