Hi Public mobile
I am having trouble with my service it's not on a network how do I fix it. I will want to use my same phone number.

your Public Mobile plan runs for 30 days...after which service will stop unless you have SUBSCRIBED (autopay) enabled in your Public Mobile account. You can also log in to your account and manually make payment with your on-file payment card, but you do need to know your pin number. Another payment option, has already been suggested...use payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add'em to your account to Resume service again for another 30 days. Once your regular plan is SUSPENDED, you have 89 days grace to pay up and resume service otherwise at day 90, your account is permanently deactivated and you'll lose number.

Have you paid your bill? Log into your account and see if your last payment was made. Or you can dial 611 from your phone to see if your last payment was made. If not, you can go to Shoppers Drug Mart and purchase a voucher and add it to your account.
