I can change my password for my account by putting in my phone number and getting the text through public mobile but I can't access my account. It said the email is incorrect but i don't know why and I have no way to see what the email is that is associated to the account. How can I access the email? It says it sent a email request to the email address on file when I click forgot email, but nothing shows up in my inbox for the accounts I have no way to update the email address

@PaulBh You can try the forgot email option and then check all emails you have used in the past for email from PM . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help you regain access to it

Try clearing your cache history and cookies on your browser. Then close and re open it. Then try to log in again.

@PaulBh if you tried password reset and still unable to get into M Account, look like you have to have support to look into it. Message them here
