How are you accessing the community? Download fongo or textnow. Now you have a phone while on wifi.

 

Edit:

No phone or no service? 611 works without service.

you cannot access My Account?  did you try to Reset Password yourself?

 

if that does not work, open ticket with CS Agent

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

go to your account add credit card to be on autopay or use voucher pin.

The easiest way to do this if you cannot access your self serve account is to purchase a pm voucher and add it thru 611 or phoning 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. Read this post on vouchers first.....
