Agent submitted ticket. . Still can’t access account , email server gone

A ticket was submitted by the agent but nothing came of it. I can’t access my account over a week. Just moved, no data to get around new place. Server connected to my sign in email is gone. Can’t get into account . No help in over a week even after the agent submitted a ticket

Thank you , I sent a message by the link you provided. This platform is very confusing 

I would suggest you message again and ask it to be escalated to a supervisor.

hi @Shadowfax shouldnt need to wait a week.  Usually just 2 to 4 hours

  did you check the community inbox?
