Out of country voice-mail loop?

So I have a dual sim phone. Mint and Public. I'm just on Mint now, but I did switch on Public recently to receive a text message.  That action seems to have started an unending loop of voice-mail message notifications from Public. Every time I respond to the notification by checking voice-mail, I am told I have none, but then I get another notification! No idea how to stop this loop, hopefully someone here has an idea!  🙂

@BIGRICK - have you tried:

• restarting your phone
• or a reset of your device's network settings

@BIGRICK  Maybe try taking the public mobile SIM card out of the device until you get back home and just use the mint sim while away … this may help resolve the issues … assuming you don’t have a U.S. roaming add on in the public mobile sim
