A ticket was submitted by the agent but nothing came of it. I can’t access my account over a week. Just moved, no data to get around new place. Server connected to my sign in email is gone. Can’t get into account . No help in over a week even after the agent submitted a ticket

hi @Shadowfax shouldnt need to wait a week. Usually just 2 to 4 hours
