I Added a payment voucher and it doesnt show up but it did accept it, what can i do ?

@Richard007 if you check Transaction History on My Account, does it have an entry about that? and maybe another entry showing the fund was used?
and Yes, try another browser, just want to rule out it is not a browser/cache issue.

@Richard007 : If you are on the $25 plan and your services were suspended at the time of adding the voucher than your plan should have renewed taking that money. Use another browser to check your account status. Check for the pay before date up top.

Can you log into self service and look at Available Funds to see if it has been added. Refresh the browser page.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone about 2 minutes and turn it back on.

@Richard007 Some payment vouchers can take several hours before the funds on them become available.
