@ajdick What is showing as Available Fund on your My Account? Just want to confirm if you have only loaded fund and haven't really buy the add-on yet.
You said you have purchased "twice", if you see the Available Fund has a dollar amount there equals total of both transactions, it's actually good in your case because you haven't buy the add-on yet. You would need to go back to buy them using the available fund there tomorrow
However, if you see $0 as Available fund and you have really purchased the wrong Add-on , you will need to open ticket with PM to try to ask them to change it back to the add-on you want.

Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. You need to add them and make a payment.

If you are purchasing a USA ROAMING addon, note these only work while you are in the USA.
And, start the 10 day count down immediately after purchase.
Also, buying add ons is a 2 step process:
1-add funds to your account
2-go back and select/purchase the addon your want (then this should show listed under your Overview in your Self Serve)
...I think you already completed step 1, just go back and do step 2.
