@AE_Collector@computergeek541 I agree so often the first response is to message the moderators that gets marked as the solution and the OP doesn't respond to the requests for info to actually fix the issue. They come back complaining about the wait times....
Oh I know. I only clarified that I was joking because asking the moderators at PM won’t currently lead to a service charge. But in the interest of keeping costs down many things that people ask here and are told to contact the moderators should not be happening.
Moderator will likely say yes but a $10 service fee will dissuade future frivolous use of moderator time at a company where low operating costs save each of us $$ on our plans.
Of course I am joking but maybe worth consideration?

You may be joking but many carriers do charge a fee for anything that you contact them about that could have been done yourself in the self serve account.

I added US roaming text by mistake instead of talk and text.
Is there a way it can be changed?
I'm sure it can be changed but if you are able to wait for a moderator..? Singularly each add on is $8 and together as an add on they are $15. Is it worth the wait and hassle to save $1?
I too would have just added the $8 roaming talk package. I can only imagine the frustration if the moderator says no to this request.

Click on the ? in lower right side of screen to start process of Moderator assistance. You may just ask that the payment be added to your regular account rather than a refund.
