Add referral code after activation

Hi all,

I'm going round in circles here. I have recently opened two accounts and was advised by a customer service agent at Public that I could add a referral code on each (i.e. we give each other a code) after activating the accounts. So, we've activated the accounts and now I can't see how or where to enter the referral code. Can anyone help?

I made a similar error about two weeks ago. 

Messaging CSA from Community Accounts tied to the EverSafe ID I was inquiring about, they were able to manually apply the code for me.

Only agent can add referral code After activation.
Contact agent creating ticket or if that does not work by private message.

you have to message support to have it added back.  Please have the person who just joined to open a single ticket for both referrer and the referee.  Message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
