I just signed up last week with this carrier. When I look at my account payment history, there is a $15 charge for extra data that I did not ask for. How do I get this resolved?

It is kind of confusing, but they always have 10 day for any phone plan and then the difference goes to data so the 35 plan shows up as 10 + 25 for the 3GB with autopay bonus

All of Public Mobile plans are split into the talk/text component and data component.  You need to add the two to get to the price point advertised for the plan you've selected.

@AmandaP - are you seeing these transactions for a $25 plan? If so, this is how it is displayed normally.

PM displays the charges kind of weird breaking it up between data and talk. Is the total amount you paid correct?
