Hi
Need to apply a credit for the voucher that does not work to the credit card now attached to my account. I wont be using the credit next month as Im going back home to German. Customer support for this is difficult to find. I have submitted a ticket but cannot find it to check up on it. Can someone help!

You will not be able to apply the voucher towards the credit card on file in your account. When did you first activate your account? If it was before January 25th 2022 send me a private message and we can discuss a way for you to reclaim the funds spent on your voucher.

I doubt you'll get a refund as the voucher wasn't purchased from PM. Do you know anyone else with a PM account that could buy the voucher from you and you can refund homestay Dad.

I would expect this to be ready for use when purchased. Used my homestay Dads credit card as I needed the use of my phone would like this voucher to be credited to his card which in on file now with my Public mobile account

@Sanni - if you bought a voucher from a store/retailer I don't think you are going to get a credit for this from Public Mobile.
Can you try selling it to someone that has a Public Mobile account.
Or, do you mean you already loaded it to your account? Sorry, but there is no refunds as this is all prepaid.
If you are leaving Canada, ensure you remove any credit card from your account so the account will close automatically after 90 days of nonpayment.

@Sanni...some of the PM vouchers that you buy at retail stores aren't activated for several hours after the sale. Maybe someone will buy the voucher from you as long as it hasn't been redeemed yet.

Some vouchers take up to 24 hours to activate? Has it been 24 hours? Easiest way to add the voucher is by dialing 611 from your phone.
If you have submitted a ticket already look for a reply at the top right of this page ….envelope icon.
