Calls are not showing up

All of my calls go directly to voicemail and i don’t have my phone on do not disturb or anything like that.

Yeah it may be just re-seating your sim. Did you drop your phone recently?

Try restarting your phone.

Are you certain your PM account is Active.

Try rebooting your phone, resetting network settings or reinstalling SIM card in your phone.

Try your SIM card into another compatible phone for a few days to see if the issues are the same...this could rule out a device issue/setting.

You can also try to manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) and see if that helps.

edit, first try restarting your phone...sometimes the fix is as easy as that.
