Hi,

I have plan for $40 each month. I pay with voucher and when I am buying voucher I pay $40 plus taxes in Pharmaprix. For the next payment on July 7 Public Mobile added taxes to the payment $40 in my Account and I should pay the taxes 2 times.

you'll pay the sales tax at point of purchase, then load the voucher info your acct for plan renewal. You won't be charged again for tax unless you have a balance owing after the voucher. If you have a $30 plan but only $20 vouchers, you pay tax on the $10.

you won't pay tax twice.  the $40 you got , it was taxed at Pharamprix already.  When you loaded into the system, it will show $40, and PM won't add tax on top since it is a fund from voucher.  You are all good

(just make sure your province does not have E911 fees, cos PM will start add E911 fees on top, but only selected provinces have that fees.  E.g, Quebec has a 56 cents E911 fees)
