I recently purchased unlimited US talk, text and 5GB (15 days) bundle so I can call from the states back home to Canada while on vacation. I'm not able to call though, only text. What am I doing wrong or did I purchase the wrong bundle 🤔??
Do you have Roaming enabled in your cellular settings. Adding to other members comments about VoLTE. You may need to manual connect to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon.
to keep in contact with fam back home, you can talk and text using WhatsApp for free, uses your PM data or local wifi. Download the free Whatsapp and have fam do likewise.
it could be because your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist. US has no more 3G network, and if your phone is not on the VoLTE list, you won't be able to use the voice in US. Use the IMEI checker to confirm https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help/articles/volte
