Activation issue

I received the SIM card, but not able to activate it because I can’t receive the code via text message, please assist asap or refund me.

HI @xiuli agent will reply, usually in an hour or maybe two hours.  Just check your Community inbox for their reply

They will first ask you couple verification questions first, then will go and help.  Couple message exchanges and issue will be resolved

yes, please submit ticket with CS agent.  They can add the sim card number back for you quickly

Can you reset my activation process, so I can try to start from the beginning again and see if this time it will work?

through app. It asks me to input a code from an email - done, then ask me to input a code from text message, not able to receive it. Can you assist this issue. I’m super frastrating now

Did you first activate SIM via website or PM app? 

If via website, you will need to finish activation via the app.  Ie. download app and finish the activation process.

try click "didn't receive code?" and see if send email is an option there

if not, submit ticket with CS agent and they can add it for you
