I need help. I'm turning away. I went with kudo but I want to come back trying to get a plan but when it takes my Visa debit it says that use other payment method but that's the only payment method that I have. Can anybody help me through

@James84022 You can try to setup a new account if you want to use your spouse's credit card, but you need to use your spouse name to open the new my account and use the same address as what is on your spouse credit card record

I forget. I think I had to use my spouse's Visa MasterCard complete the transaction as it didn't want to take my Visa debit. But maybe I can try to do another new email and maybe set it up that way. Maybe maybe take it? I don't know what would you suggest?

Visa Debit should work.  What was the exact error? and you were using the same Visa Debit when you first joined PM?

Make sure the name and address you were using to setup My Account matches those on your Visa debit card
