Hello my credit card was expired and the autopayment failed (today Nov 13). Public sent a text message that the account was suspended and to make a payment. I logged in to the account online and updated the credit card information but there is no button to make a one-time payment. I can't make any calls. Service still not working. Any help?

There is no button that says "Pay and resume"

@nutella1 After you update credit card you need to make manual payment
please use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal

you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume service right away also
