My data is showing 100percent usage however history only shows 1G used. This is from sept 29 to current date sept 6.
Cant send a ticket as getting an error message. How else can you contact customer service.

@Sheldonr side note, but what plan are you on? Is that the $40/15GB plan? There are better plans now that you should check out. This one in particular is cheaper and has more data.

While on the self-serve screen, you can also try tapping the little refresher icons to get an up-to-date version of the page.
Some others have also had success, clearing cache and cookies, and using an incognito or private tab

You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
