- Worst service provider, can't reach to an agent, their ticket form directs to 404. Can't receive calls or texts. Any agent, please help.

We will need more details of your issue. Did you port your number over to PM or picked a new number?
Did you try scanning the QR code from the registered email with your phone and then reboot your phone by powering off then back on?

@Anupam21 , I didn’t see anyone ask you so if this is a dumb question please forgive me but did you make sure to do these steps below so that your phone service will work?
Reboot your phone.
In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
