When I enter my password to sign in it loads a "We’re sorry, but this page is currently unavailable. Please check back again soon. " Is this scheduled maintenance?

The Self Serve system is often down in the middle of the night, but it has certainly been functional most of the time during the last few weeks. If you haven't already tried, I would suggest either running your web browser in incognito mode or if you're using the app, try force closing it before re-opening it and logging in.

Yes, theres an announcement posted this morning. ‘My Account Experiencing Issues: Service Not Impacted’ Keep an eye on it for updates on when it is finished.
