I decided to go with the 34 dollar 5g plan and 20gb of data using my 4g phone. Discovered that there was no internet connection over data. I managed to send a message to CS agent regarding the issue. It took 2 days but someone finally got back to me and asked for my account information. The person reset the network for the account and I was able to get back the data access. All is well now.

it's caused from the auto pay glitch. make sure to manually add funds total to the amount of the plan when making plan changes. this also happened to one of my referrals. new look, same issues

I went to chat bot and typed in support. That got me to the CS agent fill out form.

@Diane_G- In many ways it doesn't matter. Check your APN settings.
If you're able to edit then use the following.
Name: whatever you want
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
APN type: default,mms,dun
APN enable/disable: APN enabled - probably on anyway and greyed out
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D
Save, then select to use, then go in and out of airplane mode

I'm a little embarrassed to say this 🤔 but I'm not sure if my phone is 5G or 4G. The symbol that used to be there is gone. All I see are 4 vertical lines and I know my phone is a Samsung A10.
