I am not able to receive texts of any kind - or phone calls. I can call outgoing - my texts do not go through. I have updated my phone. I am using an esim. Help?

@KGillis I sent you the porting team number , check you community in box and call them tomorrow
remember to leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port you only have 90 mins to reply from when you get the text

ok - all the messages just came in with the old SIM - hmmm - now what do I do to complete the port?

Funny - that's what I think - somehow the port failed...or only did half the job - ok I will try but it's been since the 29th, yesterday - so maybe it would have timed out? I am trying that now, thanks, I am so grateful for this support - no one is tech savvy in my house except me - and im stuck - stay tuned!

@KGillis Actually before you send message did you just port number over on this account ? If you did can you put the old providers sim in the phone and see if it still works if it does then port didn’t complete yet or failed

I have indeed restarted my phone, and took the old physical SIM out, the sim is correct - its a strange problem, as I have set 2 other phones up and they are working well, this is a mystery and I am super frustrated.

@KGillis Have you tried rebooting the phone ? If you check your sim manager in phone settings is the eSIM there and enabled /set to primary ?
