Why the data is stopped when I reached the data limit? In the plan description, I am supposed to be able to use the data in a reduced speed. This is incorrect to stop my data completely!

My mom has been on this plan for over a year, and her data stops when she runs out... it's not unlimited

@Chaohao If you are in the $15 plan you must have been on it awhile now , and noticed you ran out of data before and in when looking at the plans on website it says in the plan description if its has unlimited data or not here’s example of plan with unlimited data

Footnote #2 does not apply to the $15 plan unfortunately.
Public mobile uses the same terms and conditions for all the plans. The major difference is that specific plans have different footnote numbers that apply to their plans.
As mentioned, only the 5G non US PM plans have the unlimited throttled data.
Unfortunately, the $15 plan never had unlimited throttled data (after using the 250 mB). You misread the plan details.

According to the plan description, it does not say that I have to be on a 5G plan to have unlimited data. It states clearly ON THIS PLAN PAGE that data will be on a reduced speed when reaching the maximum data allowance. and this is the reason why I chose Public Mobile, because I knew that if I used up all high speed data, I could still use data in low speed. I wouldn't have chosen Public Mobile if it was not like what's on the plan description.

@Chaohao Sorry the $15! Plan only has 250mb of data and 100outgoing mins . But unlimited text and unlimited incoming calls . You need a non CAN/US 5G plan if you want unlimited throttled data

I have the 15$ plan and the offer detail screenshot is from the 15$ plan page. It does not say that only 5G plans can have it.

Which plan do you have @Chaohao ?? And just know.... all those so called "Offer Details" don't line up with every plan. When you click on a plan, they should have a "Offer Detail" specific to THAT plan. But THIS is their generic offer details which is very misleading and many have complained.

@Chaohao What plan do you have only 5G non CAN/US plans have unlimited throttled data to 512 Kbps after the plan data bucket is exhausted
