I'm a little embarrassed to say this 樂 but I'm not sure if my phone is 5G or 4G. The symbol that used to be there is gone. All I see are 4 vertical lines and I know my phone is a Samsung A10.

I have this exct issue but I can't even submit a ticket.  I keep getting Error 404 when I try. Any tips?
