This is my first month payment and I am not able to create an account. I tried so many times but it's not working

Yeah same here, it won't send me the code via text. I messaged them but NO REPLY after the one automated one!

@Blub   you meant you might not have a login for My Account?

 

if that is the case, you have to open ticket with PM support and they can check if you have one or create one for you if you don't have one yet.  Please open ticket with them using Chatbot:

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

What is a CCI?  I have a community account but a regular account for the mobile does not seem to exsist for me.

If you activated in store you have to finish creating your account by using the registration on the right side of the account log in page. By clicking on that it will bring you to the page in the link supplied by @esjliv  in their post. You then enter your phone number to be sent a 6 digit alphanumeric code via text message from 611. Enter that code to be able to finish your account set up by entering the following :

 

  1. Your email entered at activation.
  2. A password. Choose a strong one that you do not use anywhere else to login.
  3. Choose a security question or make your own and your answer. Make it something hard for someone to guess but easy for you to remember. Something humorous often helps.
  4. Write this info down along with the 4 digit account pin # you chose during activation and put in a safe and secure place that you can access if needed in the future.

You can always make a payment via 611 using a pm voucher or if you know your 4 digit acct pin # you can make a payment using the payment card you registered for autopay at activation.

For the Self Serve account, that's only true if the person didn't activate at a store. The customer hasn't given any indication of where/how the activation was done.

Do you mean you can’t access your account?

Conduct a CCI on your browser then login to your Self Serve account.
If you tried too many times, you will get locked out for suspicious fraudulent activities.

If you activated in store, then you likely did not register for an account yet...you can do that here:

If you have registered for a Self Serve account, but having difficulty logging in here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

have you tried the Forgot your password option? Remember to check your junk/spam email folder.

 

If issues persist logging in please explain what is happening, or contact CSA for assistance.

@Zahangir   Any chance you activated in store ?  If that is the case, usually the in store rep would have created something for you

 

But either way, PM support can assist to have this sorted out.   Just open ticket by Clicking on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
