HI @Guptarachana If data is more important than receiving calls and text on your PM number, you can instead buy local US Data from there, then use VoIP app , TextNow, Fongo, for voice and text. Just want to provide you a cheaper alternatives

I imagine you do not remember your 4 digits PIN, if you do , you can actually load fund via *611 and then buy Roaming via *611 as well
If you do not remember the 4 digits PIN, since you are resetting your My Account login, you can ask them to reset the 4 digits PIN as well

If you are on autopay, dial 611 on your phone and you can purchase add ons. You will need to know your PIN.

@Guptarachana Wait a full hour and try again. It could be just a temporary lock
If still fail, try to use the Forgot Password link there (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/) . Enter the correct email address, answer the security question and you can then self reset the password
If still fail, you might want to open a ticket with PM Support and have them to sort it out for you:
