Went to make payment and they want to verify my account by sending a code through my email but I’m not receiving the verification code… now what

If find that the verification code takes longer to arrive in your inbox…sometimes about a minute but text takes about 3 seconds.

The website is finicky these days with all the changes. Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito/private mode. You can also try a different device.
You might also want to check your spam folder on email. For customers using gmail alias as their login email, it does not seem to be working properly.
