I set up an account for my son a few years ago as he was under 12. I had it set to autopay, so never needed to access it. I don’t know which email address I used to set it up… help! We’re going on vacation today and would like to add a US roaming plan on for him

I tried that and it’s telling me I don’t have access to add them on, even though there’s more than enough money on the account

It will usually take 1-2 hours for CSA to respond.
You might want to check your various email accounts for the welcome to PM email for your son's account.
Another option is to dial 611 on your son's phone. If you know the PIN number of account, you can purchase add on via dialing 611.

If you do not know email used for account, contact agent for assistance.
