Account is attached to old email and can’t verify account

I am trying to verify my account to update my payment plan but my account is linked to my old email which I do not have access to anymore. Usually it can verify through SMS but it doesn’t give me the option. I do not have phone service since I didn’t update my autopay with my new credit card.

contact support team by CS_Agent  to change email and set new password.

@imolb   is your account current suspended?  Usually  it is because of that you cannot verify via SMS
