How do I finish setting up my account when I want to use prepaid voucher to add funds? Not a credit card. I cant get any help where like this it won’t allow me passed the add payment method.

get a prepaid visa/mastercard at Canada Post, 7-11 or other retail outlet. Use that card to activate your new Public Mobile account. Then you can disable SUBSCRIBED to be able to use vouchers for future renewals.

Public mobile management has confirmed that new customers are not able to activate new accounts with payment vouchers. Do you have a Visa debit or Mastcard debit card to use?
Otherwise, you will need to purchase a prepaid credit card and use that to activate new account. Then you could purchase vouchers afterwards to pay for the following months.

@Dee25 I'm pretty sure you will need a credit card to get the account setup, after that you can pay with vouchers. You can try reaching out to a customer support agent to see if there is anything they can do to setup up without a credit card.

@Dee25 You need crest card to first create and activate account , after that you can use vouchers to pay the bill . So once you have created account with credit card you can load the funds into the account using the voucher after that

I would recommend adding a credit card and then adding funds via a voucher if you don't want anything billed to the card. If you don't have a credit card, then that's a whole other issue.
