If you somehow changed the conditional call forwards that now prevent "busy" calls to your own number to forward to voicemail, you can try resetting them all by dialing ##004#. Then try calling your own number from your own phone again to see if it made any difference...

hi @Wayneasmith try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings first
if still does not work, try the different numbers here and see which one works a d program it as your VM access number
