If your phone number is originally a telus/koodo/pm one and it's been less than 90 days since your account has been deactivated then your number will still be in the hold number pool and be retrievable via a CSA. If it's been more than 90 days then try calling it to see if it's in service or not. If not then it's also possible to retrieve it but it's also available for anyone to choose as their new number.

Please note that if you stopped your monthly payment longer than 90 days. Your number will be returned to the carrier where you got the number from.
You can lookup the carrier that owns your number at:
https://www.carrierlookup.com/
If it is not Telus Koodo or PM…you won’t get it back.

@Miss_Jackson When account is deactivated, the number goes into a pool of numbers. If you try to activate again and if that number doesn't show up, it might not be available. You can contact CS Agent and see if they can tell you more info.
