@CS_Agent. Can you please reset my Account Verification process. I can receive the email confirmation code, but not the code that is being sent by SMS. When it first happened I deleted the eSIM from my old service provider as there were two active eSIMs, one from Public Mobile, the other from my old service provider. Since then, I deleted the Public Mobile eSIM, so now certainly can't get the SMS confirmation code that is required to complete my account verification. I'm hoping that if I can step back in the account verification process, I can get back to the esim download page.

if you can get the code in email, use it , then login using the App and buy a new esim from the app. I think the re-buy is free according to the Help article
if you cannot rebuy or cannot login the app, please submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:
