Hi, for work I need to authenticate by text. I ported my number yesterday.
I receive calls, but no text at all.
Luckily, IT at my job was able to get me to log into the system temporarily.
@CS_Agent can this please be fixed in a timely manner, please.

This was solved. It was solved by sending a ticket to cs_agent in private message. They refreshed the sim and the texts started working. Thanks to everyone.

The exact same thing happened to me. All it is-is just the waiting game my friend. If you have done all the necessary steps and you still can’t send sms, then it’s best to be patient, fore it will start working after everything is activated.
